Pa Adekanmbi

Pa Adekanmbi, a native of Fiditi, Oyo State, Nigeria, laid the foundation of his journey in the early 20th century. After completing his primary and secondary education, he ventured to Lagos, the capital of Nigeria at the time, to pursue a remarkable career. Through sheer dedication and hard work, he soared to success, establishing himself as a thriving business entrepreneur. His ventures included ownership of numerous properties, a transport business, and a filling/petrol station.

In addition to his professional achievements, Pa Adekanmbi found love and companionship, marrying his sweetheart and welcoming eight children into their lives: Rose, Pat, Antonia, Olateju, Banks, Ben, Iyabo, and Helen.

Pa Adekanmbi’s legacy extended beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors; it was marked by the love and care he provided to his family and community. At the venerable age of 102 years, he peacefully passed away, leaving behind a rich tapestry of memories and accomplishments that continue to inspire generations.
